Sinkbiz’s products are manufactured under ISO 9001 and meet the Universal Plumbing Code. We offer low cost shipping and at least a one-year warranty on most products to support our belief that quality is number one.

Where do your products come from?
All of our products are brand new and have met high quality standards directly from the manufacturer. We have factory direct relationships with manufacturing facilities in Asia; the same manufacturing sites that service top brand named sinks and faucets. The difference is that we use the same high quality warranty product, and pass the savings to our customers.
What type of payment do you take?
Sinkbiz offers a variety of payment forms. We prefer Visa, MasterCard or PayPal payments. However, depending on approval, business to business purchase orders are available on large shipments and will be negotiated on an individual basis. A sales associate will contact you if additional details are needed or you can call our number at 1-801-292-2706 and ask for a sinkbiz representative to offer further instructions. All cancelled orders must be made in writing. Please call or e-mail us to cancel an order. If the order has already been shipped, a 40% re-stocking charge will be applied.
How Does Easy-Order work?
Fill out the detail screen provided and choose a method of payment. After you have placed an order, you will receive an automated e-mail containing your order number. You may e-mail us at any time to gain the status of your order or track it online. Be sure to include your name and order number in the subject line of the e-mail.
Is the Easy-Order System Safe?
Our secure server software encrypts information to ensure our customers that their transactions will be private and protected. All orders are routed through PayPal merchant account service pages for a safe and reliable way to conduct payments.
What about Shipping?
For small orders it generally takes 3-10 working days. For larger orders please contact a sales associate for discounts as they vary depending on shipping times and volume. Orders can also arrive next day air for an additional fee. Our products are shipped easily within the lower-48 states of the USA. Most orders in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will incur an additional shipping charge. Global orders will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and a minimum order to be negotiated will apply. What happens if I have a shipping issue?
We will occasionally experience backorder issues due to high demand. All backorder items will be shipped as we receive them in our warehouse, and therefore, items ordered together may not be shipped together. Our sales associates will contact you if any of your items are back ordered in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order.
All merchandise is inspected and packed prior to shipping. On rare occasions, merchandise may arrive to you damaged upon transit. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will issue a call tag for the item and ship a replacement as soon as possible. Please remember that you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sinkbiz.com and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your use of this site.
What about care and maintenance for stainless steel sinks?
Remington Stainless Steel Sinks are corrosion resistant to water contact, humidity, ammonia and mild acidic and alkaline based solutions. However, corrosion can take place when exposed to muriatic acid hydrochloric acid derivatives. Mild general purpose cleaners should only be used for day to day care. These cleaners should not be applied with steel wool or very rough Scotch-Brite pads.
What about care and maintenance for porcelain or vitreous china sinks?
Royal Classic Porcelain and Ultra Moderne sinks are resistant to acid and alkaline based solutions such as drain cleaners, chlorine bleach, metal and oven cleaners. However, these items should never be used for day to day care of the fixtures. General purpose soap cleansers, including pine oil based and mild abrasive cleaners can be used. Steel wool or very rough Scotch-Brite pads should never be used as they could scratch the surface.
